In this initial site visit, our team surveys the site to begin the home design and construction process. This includes determining the placement of the home, what work needs to be done to ready the site for construction, any restrictions, challenges, or unique features of the site (views, neighbouring properties, etc.), environmental factors, and much more.
Ball Park Quote
You will be given a general quote on the construction costs for your home to assist with financial budgeting and determining the timeline.
We will ensure that the planned home and property construction process will meet all necessary external compliance regulations, including permits, inspections, and approvals.
Our design and architectural team will work with you to draw up the floorplans for your new home. This will consist of several sets of plans that set out technical details for the construction team to follow.
Soil & Contour Tests
A full survey will be performed to get accurate details on the ground level, soil type and contours of the land, any existing structures, the exact boundaries of the property, easements for utilities, and any encroachments
Elevations & Facade
We will develop plans for your home’s exterior, noting the elevation of the property and structure, and the look of the exterior building.
External & Interior Selections Lodgement
Once finalised, your plans will be lodged with the relevant government bodies for approval.
We will manage the council approval process on your behalf, ensuring that plans are fully approved and compliant with all applicable legislation, building codes, and permits.
You will receive a building contract to authorise our team to move forward with the construction process.

Final settlement of any outstanding fees and delivery of your new home. The most exciting and rewarding step in the project!
